General terms & conditions
Your day of departure is not dependent on your day of arrival. The full price is payable for unused days in the event of late arrival or early departure. Please inform us by 10 p.m. if you are arriving late, otherwise your booking and deposit will be forfeited.
Bookings are only binding on confirmation of payment of a deposit equivalent to the rate for 3 days. The balance is payable on the day of your departure, either in cash or by crossed cheque.
The apartments are available from 4.00 p.m. on the day of your arrival.
Departure: apartments must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. and are subject to inspection. Please leave your apartment as you would wish to find it.
Please bring a blanket or basket with you for your pet. Any damage will be added to your bill.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance when making your reservation in order to save you and us any inconvenience in the event of cancellations.
We kindly ask our guests to inform us in time of any cancellations, otherwise the following cancellation costs will be charged:
- All advance payments will be returned up to 4 weeks before arrival, minus a processing charge of € 15.00; or the advance payment will be credited to you in full if you choose to stay later in the same year you have booked.
- From the 4th to the 1st week, 80% of the accommodation price will be charged.
- From 7 to 0 days before the start of your holiday the full accommodation price will be charged, unless the apartment can be re-let in the meantime.
